Elementary School Hit in Southern Israel
Air Date: 2026-03-04

At 12:47 PM, a 250kg missile struck near Moledet Elementary School in Be'er Sheva, Israel.

Homes were destroyed. Families were displaced. Children will not return to their classrooms for 6 to 12 months.

Nearby stands Soroka Medical Center, one of the largest hospitals in southern Israel. Just 16 hours before another missile hit, the campus was evacuated.

There were 2,300 people inside.
Not one was killed. Not one was seriously wounded.

Mayor Rubik Danilovich declared, “This is where our heritage began. We are not breaking down. The people of Israel live and prevail.”

Professor Shlomi Codish, Director General of Soroka, said what was damaged will be rebuilt stronger than ever. In his words, one day, there will be a sign that says those who tried to destroy healthcare in the Negev failed.

This is resilience.
This is partnership.
This is a miracle.
